Payment
We offer secure online ordering using Pay Pal. Mastercard and Visa are accepted by phone( 612-227-5565). You can also order by mail with payment by contacting us first at mary@sienasoap.com. If you pay by check, please allow time for your check to clear our bank before your order is shipped. All transactions are in US Dollars.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within two days of receiving your order. Exceptions include items that are out-of-stock, and holiday season shipping. If there are delays to your order you will be contacted. If your item is out-of-stock you will be able to make a substitution for your unavailable item, or your order can be placed on backorder status. We use UPS carriers and ship anywhere in the continental United States. Orders to PO boxes or outside the United States should contact us first via e-mail for best service. Our shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your package including the shipping materials.
Return Policy
We offer 100% guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your Siena Soap purchase please return the unused portion with a note stating your dissatisfaction. We will happily exchange your soap for the product of your choice, or we will refund your money, less shipping and handling. Please remember, our products are handcrafted and are all one of a kind. They are beautiful, but not perfect. Problems with your order: Please inspect your package upon arrival for damage or missing items. We try our best to inspect and package your order with the utmost care, however, if your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items please e-mail us immediately. All damaged items should be sent back to us for prompt service. We will correct any problems as quickly as possible.

Siena Soap Company pledges that it will not sell, share, or rent any information received on this site. Several times per year we offer newsletters and promotional e-mails as an on going service to our customers. If you no longer want to receive any of this information, please contact us.
